Dietary Tips

Exercise is a means to enjoy better eating, so avoid dieting. Dieting can lower your metabolism and lead to binge eating. I don't follow strict meal plans because they’re hard to stick to, especially during social gatherings. Instead, I focus on sustainable eating habits. Adopting these habits can bring you closer to your fitness goals.

  • Eat until you’re 80% full: This is key—put down the fork when you’re satisfied, not stuffed.
  • Reduce sugar intake: Cut back on sugary drinks, desserts, and high-sugar fruits.
  • Prioritize protein and vegetables: Include a fist-sized portion of carbs with each meal.

Set aside one cheat day each week. On this day, forget all dietary restrictions and eat whatever you want until you're satisfied. This is the secret to maintaining these eating habits long-term.
