By placing an order through BoostFitlab, you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. 

7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 business days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

You need to provide information in the email as below:

  • Order number
  • The sku of the products which need to return or exchange
  • Evidence pictures to shown faulty items

Additional Guidelines:

  • No Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee charged for any returns.
  • Secure Packaging: All items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Proof of Shipment: Retain your shipment receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, or defective.
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • An item received late, incorrect size on your part, slight color difference, not your type, or a change of mind will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
  • All items must be returned in the same condition as when received, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
  • As our bags are remade from recycled materials, slight wrinkles may occur. While we strive to minimize this, such conditions are non-returnable.
  • Certain products are non-returnable. Please refer to the product pages for specific details. 

Returning Shipping Fee

The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer himself.

Refund Processing Time

We will either issue a refund to the original method of payment or send a replacement as per your request. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after the approval of your return.
