Don't Let the Treadmill Ruin Your Knees!

The treadmill is one of the most well-known pieces of fitness equipment and a staple in every gym. It can simulate outdoor running conditions, allowing you to run indoors. You can adjust the speed, incline, and duration on the treadmill to meet various training goals and levels. It helps strengthen lower body muscles, improve cardiovascular endurance, burn a lot of calories, and reduce body fat. But how can you run on a treadmill without damaging your knees?
